RECIEVING DRUGS IN THE MAIL: Orders take 1-2 weeks or more to arrive. Packages are the slowest. Every order is custom-made, it takes a few days each to accept, package, and ship your order. Mail is often late. Everything arrives with patience. Signature will not be required, and your order will fit in a mailbox.

RESHIPS / REFUNDS: Are only possible if tracking is purchased and the USPS loses your item. Not if you used a bad name or address. No reships if tracking indicates your order was delivered, returned to sender, or you do not purchase tracking.

TRACKING: Tracking is for locating lost or late shipments. Tracking numbers are not sent to buyers after purchase, they are for settling disputes. Tracking can be checked if your order is older than 10 days old, and will only be checked once every 7 days. Reships will be sent if tracking not updated for 14 days. Not everything shows up on informed delivery.

SHIPPING: Write your name and address the way it looks on your incoming mail. Please use correct capitaliztion (Mixed Case not ALL CAPS) and abbreviations. A first and last name is required for all USPS mail. Your item will be sent via letter, package, or Priority letter, depending on the type of shipping you purchase. When making multiple orders, choose your shipping option for your first order and any subsequent order choose free shipping and indicate it is an extra order inside your encrypted message along with your full delivery info. If you pay for shipping twice it will be made up for by sending extra tabs. You will always recieve what you what you pay for.

MESSAGES / ENCRYPTION: Encrypt your name and delivery address with my public PGP key. You do not need to encrypt messages that do not contain any personal information. It may take 2-3 days to reply to a message or accept an order, so be sure to include all information.

PACKAGING / STEALTH: Deliveries are disguised as common mail. Packaging protects the product from outside elements (water / heat). There is nothing dangerous about recieving artwork in the mail. Nobody is searching domestic mail.

STORAGE: Blotter tabs are usally stored between the pages of a book. Store in a cool dry place away from light. Do not put it in the refridgerator this will cause condensation.

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES / GENERAL DELIVERY / AFO / APO / PUERTO RICO: Using a PO Box is recommended to prevent mail theft. Your order will mailed to the address you provide. As long as it is correct and has a US zip code it will get to you. Only exception is Puerto Rico: untracked letters can be sent to PR but never anything tracked.
