We do not accept returns under any given circumstances. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds if your order is more than 2 weeks old.
In the very unlikely event that your delivery was unsuccessful and out of your control i.e. Seized or lost during shipment, Tracked only, we will offer a 50 50 split. This means we reship 50 percent of your order as a one time offer of compensation. This allows us to be compensated for our loss as well.

To be eligible for a reship you must have the following

1. Proof of 10 previous orders with us. Can be any current or previously active market
2. If the buyer meets the requirements, 50 percent extra product of what was lost will be added to their next purchase, which must be at least the equivalent in total value to the lost order.
