Finalizing and  Releasing Escrow: Buyers are expected finalize orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Buyers who delay this may have their future orders rejected. 

When sending your address please be sure to encrypt your messages using my PGP key listed on my vendor page. Its important to review your address, and best to validate it by yourself.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is important to make sure you provide us with the correct address in the right format to ensure that your package is shipped in a timely manner. Do not use any fake or misspelled names - it will increase the chances that your package will be seized.

Q: Can I get the tracking number for my order? .
A: tracking numbers are only provided if there is an issue with the order. This is for your safety and ours. 

Q: Can you send my order overnight? 
A: No. We ship Priority. This is for both of our safety. We make no garuantees on your transit time. Priority mail usually is in transit 2-3 days.

Delayed or Lost orders: If an order is lost then it is a 50/50 reship. Meaning we will reship half of what you ordered. If an order is delayed then all that can be done is to wait it out. for at least 5-7 business days. We can not reship just because the postal service is taking longer than expected to deliver your order. We will not receive payment until you finalize your order so we rely on the postal service to get your order to you quickly as well.

Refunds: We do not offer any refunds for a order that has been shipped. We do reserve the right to cancel any order that has not already shipped.

We do not offer refund for undeliverable packages due to the wrong/missing address or an order being returned to sender.

If the tracking for the package shows delivered, we can not offer any refunds.
