This is from one of our plants that underperformed out expectations. - Dies ist von einer Pflanze die unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz erfuellt hat.
It slightly more fluffy. - Es ist leicht fluffiger.
The smoke is slightly more harsh. - Der Rauch ist leicht haerter.
It is a little weaker than average. - Es ist ein wenig schwaecher als normal.

It is acceptable if you want a cheap high or intend to make oil/butter with it. - Akzeptabel fuer ein guenstiges high oder zum herstellen von oel/butter.

You receive 40 grams. - Sie erhalten 40 Gramm.

All product is sent without tracking. This is for safety. We usually do not refund or reship, but in certain cases we may do so out of leniency.
All product arrives in a sealed, see through packaging.
Inspect the wares for visual defects prior to opening.
If anything catches your eye, do not open the product and contact us immediately.

If you are concerned the amount of product that you have received is not equal to the labeling, do as follows in order to be illegible for a refund for the wares owed.
1. Take the sealed product, place it on a scale and take clear pictures that show the scales reading as well as the products placing on the scale not having been tampered with.
2. Open the product and completely empty the packaging. Take the same pictures with just the packaging.
3. The difference in betweeng both weights is how much product was removed. If it is a mentionworthy difference, you are owed compensation.
Negative feedback prior, means no compensation.
